Power Washing is no different than using any other power tool, in untrained hands it can be dangerous. With that beign said, we use a soft washing technique that is ideal for cleaning houses regardless if its vinyl siding, stucco, brick, wood or aluminum. Blue Water Power Washing trains all of their employees to handle company equipment properly before their first day of work. Knowing which application to use to approach a stain is a key factor in our line of work and we want the best for our clients.
Power Washing is the cleaning technique that implements high pressure (typically 2000-4000psi) and hot water (110F-190F) to remove stubborn oil and grease stains. Pressure washing is similar to power washing that uses high pressure but with cold water, this technique is better for removing dirt and grime that soft washing is unable to clean. Soft Washing is new to the industry and is best for residential cleaning. Soft Washing uses low PSI (<1000psi) and appropriate chemicals to eliminate organic material such as algae, mold, mildew and lichen.
We suggest giving us a call to discuss the details of what you would like to get cleaned, estimates are always FREE! The price of a residential cleaning varies per household based on square footage, grime build up, frequency of cleaning and services offered. If you are looking to just get a problem area cleaned, we are able to do so but set a minimum to come out. However, if you are looking to get your whole house washed, gutters cleaned, concrete walkways brightened, and roof cleaned to remove dark streaks, we will dretermine prices and discuss discounts for packaged services.
