Communication - We answer our phone and call back.  During the estimate process we look over all aspects of the home with the home owner that can be cleaned and tailor a package that suits each individual needs. 

Property Inspection and Protection - Upon arrival, after informing the client we are there for their scheduled appointment, technicians walk around the house to inspect for any existing damage and to identify areas that need to be protected.  (outlets, doorbells, security cameras, exposed wiring, and anything else prone to water damage)  We then go and protect these areas with tape, bags or plastic tarping where applicable.

Soft Washing Techniques - Even though our name is Blue Water "Power Washing", for homes built with Vinyl, Aluminum, Stucco, and Brick we use a soft washing technique that is safe and effective at cleaning the grime off your home.  Soft Washing is the application of a Chemical solution that eliminates Algae, Mildew, Lichen and other organic organisms at the spore level. Leaving the cleanest surface possible for a long lasting result.

Washing Process - We apply the chemical solution appropriate for the level of grime and substrate being cleaned.  We let the solution dwell for about 5-10 minutes before rinsing it off and all the grime along with it.  This is then followed up with a neutralizer that helps rebalance the pH of the solution to leave your landscape fully protected.

What is included in a "House Wash" - Our House Wash package includes every part of the home from the exterior of the gutter down to the foundation and everything in between.  The Siding,  Fascia, Soffits, Shutters, Windows and also Ceilings of Porches all get treated. 

Customer Satisfaction - At the end of cleaning we like to walk the property with the client to ensure satisfaction on every level.
